the apartments are really good; wide and roomy, but the rent just keeps raising higher and higher each month. So basically, if you are earning too much income, you get to pay more and no matter how many times you send out notifications to the office. Your rent will still be the same; they are not going to lower your rent no matter what. When moving out, if you are moving out before your contract is over; you will still need to pay for your current and upcoming rent. There is just to many fees that you may not be aware of... there is the moving in fee a long with the contract fee and when moving out before your contract; there is a fee to just move out too. My fiance and I are so tired of the office sending us so many paper work every month to sign just b.c of our incomes and when I quit my job; our rent did not go down at all and I did everything that was suppose to be done and yet no. Our rent stayed the same and our rent is just way to high. I suggest to find better apartments than these, but if you think that you can handle the stress and paper works every month than feel free to do what is good for you and your family.
